PPTP vpn setup using noip

I am planning to setup VPN using PPTP .(so any one can connect using vpn client)

We dont have static IP
ISP connection comes in Dlink router wan port - From this Dlink router from LAN port I connect to wan port of VPN router - I configured No ip and inserted in the VPN router - if anyone one can help me to advice to setup......

Apart from No-Ip setup, you have to port-forward couple of ports and protocols -here is the first hit
