Pre-Built gaming PC advice

I've started searching for a 4k gaming pc thats capable of running FPS games at 60fps or better. I want a PC with a GTX 1080 graphics card or equivalent but I'm not too sure about which other parts I should look for in a decent 4k/high frame rate build. I would like to find something below 2500. I found the PC below but I'm not sure if its a good option at my price range. Can anyone offer any advice on the PC listed below or offer good options for my price range?

This looks like a good build but it's too expensive.. Are you sure you want a pre-built system and not a custom made? You can save a lot of $$.

Not an expert on prebuilt PCs but I was told CYBERPOWERPC's are trash so be careful. They don't list the model/company of the parts like PSU and they end up being trash, low quality PSUs, etc.
