Question Pre built PC

Thinking of buying this.

My last PC I did build myself, and it was fantastic, but honestly I'd just rather buy something decent for a good price.

Why I'm posting here is is this PC worth buying compared to building something similar myself? I figured as time goes by the cost reduction would decrease and buying prebuilt may actually be worth it today. Thoughts?
 
It's fine as prices go (I'm assuming those are Australian Dollars). Building yourself is still normally the way to go at this level of PC, but the GPU crisis has made that incredibly difficult and system integrators have better access and stocks of GPUs.

Not pleased with the choice of PSU, though. And it's kind of a waste to very slightly upgrade from the stock cooler.

edit yes it's aud, which is equivalent to roughly $1200 usd or $870 gpb
