I recently purchased a prebuilt ABS for gaming. The specs are pretty high end but it seems to me at least that the system does not run as it should for what all it has I guess. the specs are. 2tb SSD, ASUS ROG 3090 24OC, 11900K i9, 32 GB RAM. Some of the things that I have done thus far are. Entered BIOS and enabled XMP, resizable BAR, I have also changed the PCIe to the gen3 which is the highest it will allow me to go. Once logged in I have also updated changed performance mode to high performance, turned off game mode, turned off xbox features. I am running a 240hz monitor and have also went into Nvidia to change 3d settings etc. I am running windows 11 now and also I have received a few BSOD with the CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. I have experienced a few random restarts. I will be sending the GPU back in for a RMA and have tested out my RAM and that seems to be running fine. I went in a made sure everything was seated as well. I was thinking that the random restarts could be a result from the PSU but it is a 800W and was thinking that I should upgrade to a 1000 but idk. I just feel like for what all the system has it should run basically anything especially at high settings. The current things that I play are New World and Escape from Tarkov. Thank you all for the help and insight if added! Just frustrating knowing what you have and it seeming to not run at its full potential.
