In regard corsair TX, my first though is why in the world would a boutique PC builder put TX PSU in a build. It's expensive for what it is, and it's not even particularly good design. If is has to corsair, why not go for RM750-850x wholesale price is very silimar and those are far superior in every possible sense.
That's like pairing a Threadripper with corsair CX line :ROFLMAO:

It a pretty run of the mill i5 system. They have chosen to go with a tower cooler instead of the stock fan, so it 'may' run a little cooler and quieter. Don't think it would really matter with that CPU, but it isn't hurting anything.
Nothing jumps out at me as an absolutely don't. I am not terribly familiar with the Corsair PSU offered, but surely someone here will mention something about that.

I was going to ask what they were charging....

I did a quick and dirty cart build on Newegg. Had to guess an item or two (that model of PSU wasn't on Newegg, so I subbed), but based on the list above, minus shipping and OS comes to $919.53 (dollar). I don't know if some of this is on sale at various retailers. Parts Picker can show the best prices and where to get them.

This is also based on your inclination to shop and build yourself.
