Question Predator laptop under-performing for it's specs ?

Hi all, first time posting here so please bear with me!

System	Acer Predator PH517-61 (all builds)
Motherboard	PRS Cayman_PRS
Memory	26.7 GB free of 32 GB @ 2.7 GHz
Display	1920 x 1080 - 32 Bit colors
OS	Windows 10
BIOS Date	20190430

I have been experiencing stuttering at regular intervals while gaming recently, and just did this test that shows nearly everything isn't performing as well as it could be?

Any advice appreciated.

what the psu? could be failing
