Preferred Video Card Discontinued... What now?

Hi. After the video card I was planning to buy was discontinued by Newegg, I'm not sure what I should get for the same budget. This is the original card:

Is there any reason why you are in need of a new GPU then?

Regardless, if you look into a r9 270, i think you'll find what you're looking for as they are essentially a rebranded 7850.

I think the R9 270 would be the closest thing... it's basically the same chip just slightly tuned. (the X version is faster than the 7870)

Forget the specs, they all factor in to a general level of performance.
Pick your price point and buy the best card that your budget allows.
