[SOLVED] Preparing automatic repair - frozen

Hi. I can’t get past this screen.

Its frozen and can’t do anything. I can enter bios and thats it.
I have windows 10 on my ssd and it won’t boot.
I installed new CPU, MB, RAM and bought new pc case Sharkoon TG4
PC :
MB - Z390-A PRO (MS-7B98)
CPU : i7 9700 @ 3.00ghz
Ram : 2x8gb CorsairVengeance DDR4 3000MHz
GPU : GTX 1070ti
OS: Windows 10

What version of Windows?

What was the original reason for the "automatic repair". What happened and what did you do?

E.g.; new hardware, new software, some update, some error code(s)?

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode?

Is re-installing windows not an option ?

And when you do make sure installing build 1903.

New case noted but I am interested in the PSU: Make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Doublecheck your installation and configuration per the User Manual.

Pages 43 (EZ Mode) and 74 (Troubleshooting) are good places to start.
