Question PRESTIGE X570 CREATION Motherboard Question

I would like to know what is the recommended and or best memory for the motherboard listed above. It says the Mhz range on the manufactures linked web-page, but I am unsure what would be a good choice for gaming and most importantly stability. I would prefer corsair products and DDR4 in the 3600 Mhz range if possible.

Both of those kits model numbers are listed on the QVL for AMD 3000 series CPUs and your MB so either should work fine.
