Hi, I have a Windows 8.1 tablet that I want to keep in portrait mode for one game (Downwell), but in order to work in portrait mode, the software needs to think the laptop is in normal landscape rotation. You can disable automatic screen-rotation in Windows, but after restart it always reverts to Enabled. I tried making changes to the registry (at \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AutoRotation), but these also get overwritten on restart.
Is there any way of setting the default startup state for screen auto-rotation to Disabled? Thanks in advance.
