Preventive Maintenance List for PCs

Does anyone have a preventive maintenance list for PCs. I have been trying to compile a comprehensive list of things to check and do.

Dont mess with [-peep-] unless you have too...that is my philosophy!(although I do a lot)

Software- Scan (& fix) and defrag often. Use a utility like Norton's Windoctor to check for logical errors.

Hardware - Blow the dust out once in awhile to keep things cool.
