So last September i. Built my first pc. Howrver recently i upgraded my case to a full tower and it worked great cooling my components better than my cheap crap mid tower. At the same time i bought myself the gtx h100i corsair water cooler for my cpu. today i installed it and it gave me the error message no cpu fan. I read up about it on some forums and they said uplug the cpu fan and plug it back in. However i didnt realise i was supposed to turn my pc off before doing this. My pc turned off and now it wont turn back on again however my z97k motherboard still has the red power led button on but i cannot turn my pc on. Does anyone have any ideas what to do?
My pc has a gtx 780 gpu 750watt power supply and a 4770k i7

Try testing the power supply: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FWXgQSokF4
See if a connected fan does spin. If it does, try taking the board out of then case. Remove all cables from the motherboard. Leave only CPU and CPU fan installed, both 24 and 8 pin power cables connected. Start the board by using the board's Power button.
If the CPU fan does not spin, then it might be a motherboard issue and I suggest RMA-ing it.
