Thinking about selling slightly used Alienware laptop since I built a gaming desktop, wanting something a little bit smaller for toting around. It was shipped new 11/4/16, so not much mileage on it. Would appreciate any suggestions.

You know, even with 4K, 32GB of RAM, and an SSD, maybe $1200-1500, but that's pushing it. Selling used is always hard because you feel like the price should be higher, but others don't want to pay much.

This depends on a few things that are impossible to judge without seeing like bezel condition or dead pixels etcetera

Perfect bezel condition, I have babied it and am really picky about expensive items being perfect. Also no dead pixels. Some light bleed around the corners, but not life ruining and again I'm picky.

Again like I said, you may think price should be high, but others will disagree. No more than $1500, but if you present it right..

4K Display, 32GB of RAM, Super fast GTX 980 graphic card with 2 years warranty

then maybe you will get lucky and people may want to pay money, then of course throw in alienware, since everyone may not know they are a bit overpriced...no ofeense.

Go to ebay and log in. Then you can search by sold items. That should give you an idea. Don't forget to factor in ebay getting 10%. You're going to lose money. Even if you sell it for exactly what you paid new for it ebay gets that 10%. And you won't get retail for any used computer. My guess would be retail price minus 10%-15% if it's almost unused. Then ebay's 10%.
