Thanks. Are there additional taxes involved? Many Canadian posters say that there are taxes on top of the PCPartpicker price. If the taxes differ depending where you are (like sales tax here in the USA) just let us know what you would pay in taxes so everything can be compared.

Not sure, I'd have to research that. Most of the time VAT isn't included in the cost especially in EU countries. And I think for UK the VAT tax is significantly higher. Maybe some of our UK users can verify this or not.

I found this PDF in a quick Google search that kind of sort of explains how VAT works but even as an accounting major I'm having a not easy time deciphering this. :lol:

Yup. 12% on everything. That includes gas

Only thing we get a break from is food I believe. Tax on food is 5%. And I believe alcohol is 15%.
