How much can i sell a pc with an AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5 GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo) with a 500 gb hdd ,8 gb ddr3 ram, 400w power supply, GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 (rev. 6.0) motherboard, cd/dvd drive all in a Rosewill I3-397-BK - Micro-ATX Mini Tower?

Solution

Only if you found some sucker.
It's based around 5 year old parts. Any $400 box today, from BestBuy or Walmart, would wipe the floor with it.

It is near impossible for you or I to build and make a 'profit' selling it.

So i built the computer about a week ago, plastic is still on the case and i paid about 300 overall. I said it works like a charm because i did a little testing on how it performed once i installed the os.

So bump the above quote of $125 up to $175.
Do all the warrantys transfer to a new owner?

Does it include a valid, activated Windows OS with otherwise unused license key? If so, bump that up to $225.

(and $225 for a Vishera based system is generous)

I wouldn't expect to profit from any build, really. You could build a PC with all brand new parts that are the latest tech and you could not make a profit off of it UNLESS you got a really good deal somewhere in the build, like a free motherboard or PSU.
