I have a never before used, non-overclocked 2060 NIVIDIA GPU; how much can I get back and where should I sell?

E-Bay is likely your best bet. Completed sales/auctions for an RTX 2060 seem to range between $400 and $800 with an average closer to around $500. I'd probably start at around $600 and then drop from there if it doesn't sell.
