Primary display can't put it to pci

So I recently put in my new motherboard which is asus tuf mark 2 z720 and when I go into primary display the pci option doesn't appear. Now I know for a fact that the my 1080 graphics card is in because it appears in the bios. So I'm wondering where the problem is here?

You should not need to do anything in BIOS. It should switch to the card by itself.

That what I keep seeing as well but it didn't happen when I did dual monitor with graphics and intergeted it started and even though I switch back to both in graphic card it keeps doing it. So I'm wondering if that's the problem or is it something else?
