Is this a good primary partition test result from NovaBench, for a Windows 7 Professional.

What capacity and which drive is that ?
That's not a test just simple statement that one partition is of that size. Tests include speeds, SMART data and heath status.
Some examples of test programs are: HDD sentinel, Crystal disk info, Crystal disk mark and AS SSD benchmark.
Information about partitions you can find in windows by running diskmgmt.msc

The capacity is 233GB. I'm not sure of the drive.

Is this a good primary partition?

It's a good size for windows and programs, all depends how much you need. There are smaller and bigger ones. Run diskmgmt.msc if you are om windows and see what other partitions there are.
