Prime 95 Fail

So prime fails after 2 - 5 mins here is my temps when it fails,

and is worker 8 that always stops, I have 2 errors from 2 test , [Tue Nov 11 17:27:21 2014]

everything is running at stock but my core speed is 4.3 only stuff i have changed in bios is turbo for performance, disabled cool & quiet and disabled amd turbo core.
