[SOLVED] Prime95 Stress Test Fail?

Hi i just installed prime95 on my computer because i want to test my overclocked i7 7700k at 4.8 @ 1.260v. but i ran it and it said fail and something about fatal hardware failure. Should i be worried?

If it gives errors/crashes the application at 4.8 GHz, it is not truly stable at that clock speed/core voltage...

Does it pass at 4.7 GHz on all cores? (What does HWMonitor show assorted core/package temps hitting? What are you using for a cooler?)

The VCORE is likely just a tad low.
