Print quality on my very bad on my new clx-3185

Hi there, I just bought a new samsung laser printer CLX3185 and have just started using it. The first 20 pages or so printed fine but when I printed labels recently the colour and quality was very bad. There are white dots all over the images can anyone help me resolve this?

I do not know the answer.

Since the printer is new, why not let the Samsung people handle this issue? Contact their tech support/customer service. If you make adjustments it might affect the warranty.

I have one of these. On the print dialogue, you have to tall the printer that you are using labels.
