*UPDATE: The issue was with Dropbox, and it has been resolved.
Have had the Logitech K800 keyboard for a few years now. Have always just tapped the Print Screen key, and would see the screen capture notice, and the shot would appear in Dropbox. But I just noticed recently that when I press the key, nothing happens. So I tested it by switching it with an old eMachines keyboard, and that did not work either. Am also having problems with a bug in Windows 7 (failure to update Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows for x64based Systems). But that bug, which I have been told by Microsoft should be fixed in the next 2-3 weeks, has been there since October 2017. The last screen shot I took was on May 15, 2018. Not sure if they are related. Would just like to find out why my Print Screen key is no longer working, and what I can do to fix it. Thank you in advance.
