print spooler service

If anyone can help me, I need to install printer but it keeps telling me that
the print spooler service is not turned on. How do i fix this problem?

To turn on the Print Spooler, go to Control Panel>Administartive
Tools>Services>Locate and double-click "Print Spooler". Then select
"Automatic" under Startup type, then click 'Start".

My Computer>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services
Double click on Print Spooler and set Startup Type to Automatic.
Under Service Status, click start.
