Question Printer Driver Issue

Hello,

I am having a problem that I am hoping may be able to be resolved here. My printer driver is showing as unavailable, yet when I go into Administrative Tools, I don't see the Printer listed. When I go into the print queue in Device Manager, I don't see the printer listed there either, just the fax function and HP ePrint. I have an OfficeJet Pro 6968 and am running Windows 10 on the laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I would advise to download the drivers again and see if that clears up your issues.
