More info?)
In Windows XP, go to the Control Panel. Just click the Start butoon, go to
Run, then type Control Panel, then OK. Next double click the Printers and
Faxes icon.
Check to make sure your printer is set as the default and not the Microsoft
Office document Image Writer.
Right click your default printer, click the Advanced Tab.
Select the radio button that states "Spool print documents so program
finishes printing faster and select either Start printing after last page is
spooled or Start printing immediately.
When the printer icon appears in the Notification Area, this symbolises that
the document that is being printed is spooled, meaning it is being saved and
waits in a queue locally on your computer.
