Printer Pooling with similiar but not identical printers

I have several HP Mobile 100 Printers and one HP Mobile 150 411a. I have no problems getting the 100's to work together but would like to get the 150 in the mix of the printer pool as having the ability to scan and copy is helpful in the situations I use them in.

While they are not identical printers they are pretty similar which is why I am hopeful. Though I guess the scanning copying functionality of the 150 is what is throwing this off.

Worst Case I can keep the 150 separate from the pool and use it for hq/color printing as they are generally run on draft/black&white to increase printing speed.

To pool the hp mobile 100s I just used the windows device/printer manager. I'm open to all suggestion on ways to better manage the printers.

The printers get hooked up to a dedicated laptop that has outlook with an auto print software. So people send an email and things print. Easiest way I've found for my situation where people come and go and need to print with as little hassle as possible. Most of whome aren't computer literate enough to add the network printer themselves and I'm tasked with other duties so I won't be able to run around installing printers for everyone.

* Update -

It doesn't look like I can use HP UDP with these printers, they are not listed as supported Officejet models.

Bumping in case anybody has additional input. While having a dedicated printer for hq / scanning is valuable on its own, being able to include it in the pool for general printing could be helpful.

The HP UDP drivers seem to mostly be for laserjets with a few ink/office jets in the mix. Is there another Universal Driver that I haven't seen?
