Printer problem

I attempt to print a web page or an outlook express email.
The following pops up and print will not function:

I can successfully print a test page.

Are you able to print from non html applications?

Try printing from Word or Excel.

DO you still get this message?

If yes, uninstall and resintall the printer, after getting current driver
files.

If no, then it must be as the error message identifies in simplicity: An
error has occurred in the script on this page. No a printer problem.
