Question Printer recommendation ?

Folks - I typically buy older generation devices on eBay either new or open box to save costs as long as what I'm buying is a popular model. Can somebody suggest something here. I print only few pages a week but do have increased demand once in a while. Here are my requirements. Hoping to spend $200 but can stretch to 300 (ebay has lots of deals all the time and I'm in no rush)

1. Long term windows 10 support. Quite often manufacturers stop supporting an older OS but the community steps in with open source drivers
2. Color b&w with double sided printing
3. Two sided Scanner with feeder for 15 pages or more. I know this requirement may be hard at my budget so I'm willing to compromise by doing single sided scanning

Long term windows 10 support
Windows 11 is coming so Windows 10's support run is going to exist but not for too long.
