The worst Software company to get support for there product has to be the Mattel, Learning Company, Broderbund or who ever now owns Printshop. They keep promising patches which never occur they have problems with there print alignment and keep pushing UPDate your Print Drivers, but what if you have the most current already. There is a forum site where people post help from other users and you can get better response from them then from the company. Plus you see all the others with the same problem posted shortly after the product release and no fixes after a year. They push products that are NOT fully tested and not backed up for support.

The company made a better product when it was strictly Broderbund.

Anyone know how to hold these software manufactures accountable. They make promises and do not keep these committments.
 
Yes, Dont buy thier products, If theyre crap they dont deserve your support, We had a Acer sys come through our tech bay and we have put 3 mobo's in it, they are just [-peep-], the bosses came out and asked the sales staff why they wernt selling them, I dont think they liked the answer they got
 
Hey the software put in a [-peep-] for me, that takes all the fun out of it, ah heck
