[SOLVED] Problém 60 FPS looks like 30 fps

I have peoblem i have 60 FPS but its looks like 30 FPS

Intel Core i7 3770s

Maybe youre just used to 144hz and now 60 fps looks like dogwater.

When I got my first 144hz monitor I wanted to use it next to my old 60hz, then I decided to ditch it because the difference was huuuuge and I couldn't bear to use it after experiencing 144hz. Another experience was with Mafia Definitive Edition when the game looked like 30 fps even though it was outputting over 90 fps with vsync off then I realised that the game was running on 60hz
