Question Problem after fiddling with BIOS ?

I recently was trying to enable secure boot and for a video game and fiddled with bios settings. When i finally got secure boot enabled my display just stayed black as my computer ran. I tried resetting cmos but i have no clue if I did it properly and the problem still persists ?

Excluding Micro-ATX and Mini-ATX versions there are at least eight different Aorus B550 motherboard models.
