Problem after installin windows

I have not long installed windows 7 ultimate and now my laptop cant connect to the internet drivers ive put on seem to have no change any solutions guys I have a toshiba P850

How do you usually connect? Ethernet / WiFi, etc.?

If WiFi, have you tried a direct connection to the router?

laptops usually wifi i sorted it now i just did a factory reset
