[SOLVED] Problem after Ransomware attack

Gang,
We recently were attached with some nice ransomware. Still have a problem with one machine.

It is a Dell Precision T7600 with a PERC H310 drive controller.

Hardware has not changed. 1 SSD for booting and three 3TB drives which were Raid 5.

This was the configuration prior to the attack. It was running Windows 7, but that really isn't pertinent. Wiped out the SSD and installed Windows 10 with no problem whatsoever.

Then I noticed the what should be 6TB drive (3 3TB Raid 5) was not showing.

Even when I go into the controller bios on boot the SSD is seen but none of the 3TBs are seen. I don't care about the data on them, they were encrypted, I just want to be able to Raid the three drives and make them available again.

First step is to see them at the controller BIOS level.

I repeat - hardware was working fine in Win 7 so controller should see them at BIOS.

Thanks

Solution
Since the drives are presumably attached to the Perc, they would not show up in the motherbd bios, you need to check for them in the Perc.
