Problem after shutdown of computer while resetting the pc

Hello, I wanted to reset my computer (Windows 10), but it got stuck at 13%, so I turned the pc off. Then I turned it on again and a Menu with a few options shows up, in which I presed something like start windows 10 normally (translation). And now after that my pc is in a loop to start the pc (it's The screen where You can open The BIOS etc.).

I would test your harddrive using the manufacturers diagnostic utility and if its still good then I would reinstall 10 all over again.
