[SOLVED] Problem BIOS

I everyone. I have a seriously problem with my old computer. I installed linux a few weeks ago. Since i installed i couldnt enter bios, it didnt show the boot menu, i tried with most commons keys, everything i tried but it didnt work. That's the beginning to the problem... I tried to install another distro of linux, i didnt realize that it wasnt installed properly, so now i have no operating system and i cant enter bios to select my usb(i already tried with ventoy, rufus, but it doesnt boot). One more thing, i removed the BIOS stack but it still doesnt show bios reset.
What can i do, is there any way to recover bios?

Have you tried booting with the HDD disconnected to see if it will boot straight to the BIOS?

If you still have this problem with the HDD disconnected it has nothing to do with installing Linux.
How did you reset the BIOS?

How did i reset the BIOS? i didn't, when i changed to linux it stopped to work. I read that is enabled fastboot so i cant enter bios.

I do not think that is correct. Linux can not modify your BIOS.
What is the name of your laptop, Lenovo G480 or G580?

To enter the BIOS on your computer you press and hold the F2 key during startup.
Are you certain you have not turned off the backlight of your LCD screen by pressing Fn + F2 (function key) trying to enter the BIOS?

Pressing keys Fn + F2 turns on/off the backlight of the LCD screen.
