problem Boot manager

i have installed firstly win 7 and then win xp but i can find a problem. i.e. when i turn on my pc it will start win xp automatically

Use the Windows 7 setup DVD to repair the boot loader, logon into Windows 7, and next install EasyBCD to inlude Windows XP in the Windows 7 bootloader.
