problem booting pc after disabled power saving

hi got another problem with new pc.
got psu 550w tracer, amd fx 8320, r7 250, mobo GA-970A-DS3P
when i start pc sometimes i have to push button 20 times it will eventually start turn off imidietly and after few sec boot normally.
i have reseted bios setting but, when i eneble saving power my pc overheats with my psu. when i turn that off got problem with starting but it doesnt overheat anymore.
what to do?

Hi,

if you need to push the power button 20 times to power up a computer that shut down because of overheating, your looking for trouble.

Have you build your computer, how old is it.
Maybe your cpu fan or thermal paste needs to be replaced.
Also, the psu isn't related to the overheating problem.

brand new pc.

If it's brand new, contact the business that sold it to you, it's under warranty and they should fix the problem for free.
