Problem finding UPnP on my router

Hello, I am trying to find how to enable and disable UPnP on my router but am unable to find it. My provider is Windstream and the router I use is the NVG343BQ. If anyone has any experience with this router, please help me out. Thank you!

Have you tried under "LAN Settings" or "Port forward" ?

so you have the Arris NVG34 series, open web browser enter Enter http://192.168.1.254 , username/password, then should be under top menu utilities

Neither of them had a UPnP option.

This is not the interface that is for my router.

Not all models in the NVG34x range have UPNP. If it does you should see it under LAN settings.
