problem graphics card

my pc says make sure you have graphics card drivers installed but the device manager says its is installed but the games say no and if i look in my pc the graphics card fan is working

Does the device manager have yellow circles with exclamation points in them next to the display adaptor? If so, the system recognizes the graphics processor, but it's not optimized because the proper drivers aren't installed. Are you having any display issues? You might need to reinstall the drivers with the latest ones from the graphics card manufacturer's website.
