Problem in Bios

I have a lenovo tencent 9637b52 server motherboard .When i turn on my pc ,it shows c-mos error & bios setting is default press F1 to setup and press F2 to resume . I have changed c-mos battery twice and flash motherboard bios , and save bios setting . but problem is not solve . I checked my both cell by multimeter and motherboard c-mos cell connector point , it is working . But problem is not solve
