problem in startup

I have installed windows 8 but during startup, the initial screen does not appear after icon of windows is shown. I have to press power button once and again restart windows to open windows.

On New pc that have onboard video and a gpu. If the onboard video is set as the first output windows can start on the gpu then switch to the onboard video. In the bios set primary display to peg or pci and see if the video stays on the gpu.
