Problem in window 7 as when connected to modem show blue screen

Hello,
when i try to connect my mobile modem to creat dial up with pc suite,a blue screen with some error message occured in my window 7 laptop of compaq,please give some suggestion what could be the problem,what are the solution.i also trierd to change my os many times,but same problem remain..........

May be the drivers for the modem are not the apt ones.
