Problem installing graphic card into 540

While installing my graphic card to the new crosair 540 case i noticed that i need to forcefully align my graphic card to the back panel. is it normal? will it cause pressure to my motherboard and break it in the long run?

take the gpu out. then loosen the case standoff screws. dont take them out just loosen them so the mb can slide. then slide the mb back. most time when people put there mb in they screw the first row in first and the mb too far forward. also check that the io shield in all the way.

my IO shield is installed properly. am using the asrock h61 u3s3, total screws i mount on my mobo is 3. is it enough ? *the other area cant seems to screw my mobo in.
