Good morning,
Specs:-
OS: windows 7 home basic 32-bit SP1
CPU: intel core 2 duo E4500 @2.20Ghz
RAM: 4.00GB single-channel DDR2 @399Mhz
Motherboard: Fujistu siemes D2314-A3(CPU), chipset model:Q965, Chipset vendor:Intel, chipset revision:C1,Southbridge model 82801H0(ICH8D0) :--took screen shot for the full detailed information (http://prntscr.com/38xmfn)
Graphics: VA903-3Series(1280x1024@60Hz)
intel Q965/Q963 Express chipset Family(fujitsu siemes computer)
^-- thats the onboard graphics I have and This is the name of the graphic card I wish to install : Radeon HD6570 2GB DDR3

basically I have a problem installing my graphic card( the pc reads it and installs it fine) on my pc which has on board graphics.
Steps I did 1) I disabled onboard graphics>plugged in my graphic card>booted pc>installed it + its drivers, main problem is when i plugged in my video card at the start of the boot i had this error "IRQ not configured - PCI in slot 02, Bus:01, device:00,function:01" and 2 options, f1 to resume or f2 for bios setup, after hours of googling I tried 2 other options
2) I unistalled onbaord graphics instead of disable and the problem was still there and
3) I hard reseted the CMOS battery and still have the problem
I would really appreciate if someone help me out as I kinda need better graphics for this low budget pc.
The computer and the graphic card are compatabile but the problem is that warning keeps coming up and makes blue screens when I use the computer until I take off my Plug n play graphic card.

Solution
I suggest go to the fujitsu site download the latest BIOS driver and install them but be sure to read every instruction carefully as installing the BIOS in wrong way can brick your motherboard or result in loss BIOS. And also download and install latest PCI and other drivers related PCI. See if that solves the problem.
This may happen if the IRQ exception is not enabled for external Hardware devices in BIOS settings.
If you install add-on hardware that must use a specific IRQ (Interrupt Request to the CPU), the add-on hardware will not work until the IRQ specified is assigned to that hardware component.

You may change or modify the BIOS settings to enable the IRQ configuration for Plug and Play devices. When the IRQ is highlighted, press the "PgUp" and "PgDn" keys to change the setting from "PCI/PNP" to "ISA" or vice versa.
You may need to get in touch with computer or motherboard manufacturer for further assistance.
Updating or modifying the BIOS can be a complicated process, and if an error occurs, your computer could be rendered inoperable. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions exactly.
Important: Modifying BIOS (Basic input output system)/complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.

Hello Goku, Yes my problem is the Irq conflict :IRQ not configured - PCI in slot 02, Bus:01, device:00,function:01, and I dont know how to configure it to set it in the bios and i cannot find anyway to find hwo to contact fujitsu siemes ( my motherboard's manufactur ) their website is confusing, here are the screen shots about my bios IRQ http://prntscr.com/383c1v AND http://prntscr.com/38cji4, in the second one you can see the options when i press on one of those , every line has those except line 2 it has only auto-enabled or disable

It is auto by default but problem still there, right now im using this graphic card but pc gives me blue screens here and there

no 🙁 , I tried everything man, I disabled on board graphics from device manager and bios... i even unistalled it once instead of disable.. then I hard resetted the CMOS battery and problem still here.. dont know what to do

Have you copied-pasted this?

Hello goku, I unsitalled the floppy drive and disconnected it from my pc, but problem still here... this is getting frustrating I just want my damned graphic card installed properly 🙁

I suggest go to the fujitsu site download the latest BIOS driver and install them but be sure to read every instruction carefully as installing the BIOS in wrong way can brick your motherboard or result in loss BIOS.
