Problem installing Windows 10 from M4A785TD-M EVO Bios, Video of problem

Hi, im sorta new to these forums but yesterday i bought a PC from a friend of mine, i fixed most of the issues that it was having but now im facing another issue, When i goto install Windows to the machine, The Windows logo will appear and then just reboot, iv tried with Windows 7,8,10 and nothing is working. If somebody could help me out i would really appreciate it. And also if this is in the wrong section i apologize.

Hi, try tapping F8 at restart and see what device is the PC booting from.

Hi, try tapping F8 at restart and see what device is the PC booting from.

I disabled it from running from anything other then the Flashdrive that had Windows 10 installation on it
