Problem installing windows 8

Hello,
I have a new PC and I have a bootable w8 usb that I used on my previous PC and it worked fine.
This time when I'm trying to install windows8 after I click install now and set my language and keyboard input I press next then it says Setup is starting but after a few seconds a pop up windows says "Windows could not retrieve information about the disks on this computer."
This is not an upgrade.

I've had a weird problem once where My windows installer was not able to detect any drives to install on. I fixed it by removing the usb and sticking it into a new port. (while the installer is still on the screen).

Somehow it worked. I wonder if it will for you too.

After a couple of tries I tried restarting the PC now there is no picture on the monitor I have no idea what ia happening
