Question Problem Low FPS on 3070TI

suddenly on all games my fps dropped by 40-90 and even lowering the graphics settings nothing changes, before I was 180-300.
I did a test with UserBenchmark and found these problems.
can someone help me fix it?

UserBenchmarks: Game 45%, Desk 80%, Work 44%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X - 81.5%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070-Ti - 52.1%
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe PCIe M.2 250GB - 197.4%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB (2016) - 69.7%
RAM: Corsair Dominator DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 79.8%
MBD: Asrock X470 Taichi Ultimate

Reboot.
Wait a few mins.
Run ubm with the browser closed.

Update the bios looks like your a few levels behind.

After BIOS update make sure RAM is installed in slots a2-b2 and then enable XMP/D.O.C.P in BIOS.
