Okay, so my friend recently bought a new PC from CyberPowerPC.
He can see the display in the back(the setup windows screen) but the "No Signal" box on his monitor is still there.
He is using a HDMI cord plugged into the GPU panel and firmly plugged into the monitor as well.
It is a AMD Radeon R9 270 and he has a Samsung 32" HDTV.
What can he do to get rid of the "No Signal" box?
