Hello guys
I have Toshiba [Portege] z935 and I have problems that USB dont work.
I do this:
I open my laptop and check for hardware problems and all usb are ok.
I disconnected the battery and the memory and ssd drive and check if the usb get 5V ,and no 5V on the socket.
I disconnected the Bios battery and reconnected.
I see that I have 5V to the usb socket, bat I get alert RTC battery low.
I press F2 to enter the bios and the second I enter the bios the power to USB socket stop and I get 0V !
I know now that something happen the second the bios up ,he disconnect the power to USB port.
Some whan know what is the problem? Why the bios disconnect my USB port ?
