Question Problem PC which starts and reboots randomly ?

Hello everyone,

I have a PC that I built 7 years ago which has become unstable,
In fact it starts and reboots randomly,
I cleaned the PC, changed the thermal paste of the processor,
I tested the power supply which is good,
I reinstalled a Win 10 OS, updated all drivers,
change a fan that was defective,
and despite everything it continues to have crashes.
Could you give me some advice on which components could be defective?
what software I could use to identify the problem.

Yes I'm not used to the forums but it was strongly recommended to me,

Ram: 16 GB DDR4
SSD/HDD: SSD 250 GB Western Digital blue
GPU: Intel HD GRAPHICS 530
PSU: 650W POWER SUPPLY 2015
Chassis: TOWER
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Professional 10.0.1905 Build 1945
Monitor: Essential TV

Where did you source the installer for the OS?

How did you test the PSU?
I took the PSU and took it to a computer repairman who tested it.
